Is the review really free?

Yes. After reading the report you decide whether to continue; there's no commitment, setup fee or auto-renewing package.

Is a long-term contract required?

No. You decide how long we work together: month to month, or a longer period if you prefer. We'd rather you continue because of reportable results than because of a contract.

Do you need access to my platform account?

Not for the Check-up; your public listing link is enough. In our monthly packages we take over account management, and we get access securely through the platform's user invitations, without you sharing your password.

How long before we see results?

The effect of listing work usually shows in impression and conversion data within two to six weeks. For meaningful organic growth from website SEO, three to six months is realistic.

Do you build websites too?

Yes. A website is included in Direct Growth and Market Leader, and we also build sites as standalone projects for agencies that only need one.

Which platforms do you work with?

Tour and activity marketplaces, chiefly GetYourGuide, Viator, Klook, Headout, Trip.com and Tripadvisor. We also have experience with Airbnb Experiences, Civitatis and Booking Attractions.
